Adjudication

Adjudication is a totally new concept in Ireland, though it has transformed the construction dispute landscape in England since 1998 and is the leading form of construction dispute resolution in Australia, New Zealand and many other jurisdictions.

The best way to describe adjudication is that it is a quick resolution of a dispute in as proper a manner as the time limitation permits, that results in a situation whereby a party pays now but argues later if they so desire.
